I’d like to go sluething on this later. I don’t know if I can do it right now, but I’m going to put it here as a reminder.

Quick breakdown; between the years 2003-2016 the following men have gone missing from the Boston area

John Daverio (49)  3/2003

Dustin Willis (26) 3/2007

William Hurley (24) 10/2009

Eugene Losik (26) 2/2010

David Mark (24) 2/2011

Franco Garcia (21) 2/2012

Jonathan Dailey (23) 10/2012

Eric Munsell (24) 2/2014

Josue Quispe (18) 10/2015

Dennis Njoroge (21) 11/2015

Zachary Marr (22) 2/2016

All of the above listed were eventually pulled out of various bodies of water in the Boston area. Considering the age and the nightlife scene in Boston, numerous people have chalked it up to these men getting drunk and stumbling home late at night and falling into the rivers and subsequently drowning. It makes sense. Except in a few cases above it kind of doesn’t make sense as there was no alcohol found in some of them, one was just out on an evening grocery run, one was seen on CCTV near the harbor with an unidentified man, one was chained…

Then you start bringing in the other cases. Since the mid 90’s across the Midwest and into the East Coast an alarming number of late teens to late twenty something men with a few small variations in age in some cases have been found dead in bodies of water. That amount of females would probably be causing some more alarm. I’m not all the way in here yet though. There are some that can probably be chalked up to too much alcohol. I haven’t decided yet on this. That’s why I’m putting it here. So I don’t forget to keep looking into it every now and then.

The Springfield Three, Elisa Lam, Jennifer Kesse, Maura Murray, The Boy in the Box, Brandon Swanson, Grateful Doe (solved!), Brian Schaffer, Christmas Tree Lady, Lyle Stevik, Racine County Doe, Lori Erica Ruff, Briana Maitland, Lars Mittank, Misti Nichole Murray, Asha Degree, Johnny Gosch…(I can’t with the kids anymore, can anyone tell me how to forget everything I know about Johnny Gosch, these are things I’d like to unknow) these are all cases I’ve delved into. These are all people I keep close to me. These missing men; there’s a lot of them. That’s a lot to take on and I become emotionally invested in some of this, but this is something that might need more attention.

I also worry about how much untangling needs to be done here. It’d probably require a crazy board. I don’t know if I wanna tread in those waters.
